The latest starter set, like those previously released for FFTCG, is well-balanced and ready to play right out of the box. Furthermore, the starter set includes LB deck cards—a first for the series—allowing players to also compete on equal footing in tournaments and other events.

Each Starter Set contains 1 Quick Start Guide and a total of 58 cards, consisting of 50 main-deck cards and 8 LB (Limit Break) deck cards. Each deck includes 3 copies of each of the 4 types of Starter exclusive cards. Among these cards, the main character card is a full art premium card.
