The “Real” Tears of the Planet and More

It’s April, and what do we have going on?

Tears of the Planet has come, but it’s like it never arrived. As you already know, our order was cut in half, and we’ve been trying to get some stock of it, but everything is sold out. Almost everywhere. Is it because it is a great set? Maybe, plenty of great cards in there. Is it because Aerith is on the box? That can be it too, Plus that Full Art Gold Signature Aerith looks amazing.

We’ve had other shops in our area asking us if we had any extras. So, I know I’m not the only one without any stock. Never the less, we’ll keep on looking to see if any more will become available.

April 6th, we will be at the Toy Con Toy Show in Bridgeview, it is a two day event different vendors for each day. As we said Sunday morning April 6th. We’ll have a table there and we’ll have all kinds of cards and collectables. I’d say about 40% of what we have will be Final Fantasy. But, there will be more to it than that. Video Games, Action Figures, Toys you name it. There’s a good chance you’ll find what you’re looking for.

Did you check out our updated Final Fantasy Singles? We have close to 200 cards available for you. All these cards are from pack to sleeve, and straight to a binder.

And, as we mentioned before, we need your bulk! If it’s just in the closet gathering dust, we’ll give you $10 per 1000 cards. If you have something that’s worth more than bulk, send us a message, and we’ll go from there.

End of February, Update

With Hidden Legends right around that Korner, we are Sold Out at the moment. We’re currently trying to get some more, and we’ll let you know once we find out.

Tears of the Planet isn’t too far off either. March 28th, we’ll have a link for Pre-Orders up for that shortly as well. And, that also means that Midnight Pre-Release is almost here as well. We’re looking at March 21st. Same time, Same place, Same Prizes.

We’re adding more Singles to the website. Mostly Full Arts and Promos for now. We’d rather have those here than TCG Player, or eBay.

Now we have a question for you. Have you been enjoying the Final Fantasy IV series we have been doing? Let us know in the comments.

February 2025

It’s already February, and what a month January has been. We’ve been keeping busy as always, and we’re looking at ways to improve the website. And, that’s where we get stuck.

What can we add?

New product lines? More Singles? More Video Games? Action Figures? Kardboard Korner Merch? That last one has a nice ring to it.

If you have any ideas as to what you would like to see here, leave a comment.

Union Arena, and Lorcana have been selling real good, and we will be looking to acquire more product. If you have some that you would like to get rid of, you can drop us a line as well.

We’ll be keeping busy, and we should start posting videos on YouTube once again.

I can’t believe that January is almost over. It feels like we just rang in the new year. It has been a busy month considering that it’s usually our slowest month of the year. Which is our goal. Because if January is the bottom, we can only go up from there. Yeah, it doesn’t make much sense, but it does to me.

Let’s get to it.

We’ve added a couple of new games in our TCG Player Store. Union Arena, and Lorcana. These have been flying out the door like hot cakes. Especially Union Arena. I first paid more attention to it after I saw that they were releasing a Full Metal Alchemist set. And, I must say I’m excited about that one.

Lorcana? Well, not so much. It looks fun, it sure takes you down memory lane. Only problem as of now, is that there is no Nightmare Before Christmas cards yet. I’ll tell you, when they finally add those to Lorcana, I’ll be picking up some more. I need a nice Oogie Boogie card. Let’s not forget about Lock, Shock and Barrel.

And, as always we’re restocking FFTCG. The 1,000 count bulk lot has been selling well, and were trying hard to keep those in stock. No duplicates in these lots, which means you’ll be getting at least half of all Common and Uncommons. Perfect way to start you collection. It comes down to about 3 cents a card.

Video Games?

Did you notice our new Category?

We are now carrying Video Games, and as you can see we started out with some Final Fantasy games! Who would have thought?

Right now there’s only a few games, but we will be adding more as we find them.

The plan is … well there is no plan. We like Video Games and we had some laying around, and there’s no better reason to find new games to play, just because you can sell them, and get them into the hands of people that will enjoy them as well.

Plus, this gives us a reason to go and find every Console that we can find. Solely for the purpose of testing the used games we will be picking up.

Keep your eyes tuned, cause we’re on the lookout for everything. From Pong to PS5 and beyond.
