Delays, and More Delays

Still, no date in sight.

Even though they were scheduled to be released in February. The FFX Custom Starter Sets are no where to be seen. But, that doesn’t mean that I won’t get a call in the next 5 minutes telling me that they have just arrived to the distribution company.

What does this tell me?

I’m guessing that Emissaries of Light will also be delayed further than the previous stated dates. I hope I’m wrong and they show up as planned, because it’s hard to plan Release Events when you don’t know when the product will arrive.

Clemens’ Chronicle

One of the few Final Fantasy games I haven’t played yet. But, I think that Luso, was a better main character than Mont.

“At the beginning of the Attack Phase during each of your turns, if you have received 5 points of damage or less, shuffle your deck, then reveal the top card of your deck. If it is a Fire Character you may play it onto the field.

Damage 6 – At the beginning of the Attack Phase during each of your turns you may search for 1 Fire Character and play it onto the field.”

Add Luso to any Mono-Fire deck and make it instantly better. Sure, Luso doesn’t have a lot of Power but that’s easily fixed by Lebraeu, and a Lava Spider.

Luso, is currently only searchable by, Cid of Clan Gully (5-103R). There might be another card in this set, but we don’t know about it yet.

Play Luso in a Mono-Fire deck as early as you can. The 6CP cost will pay you back constantly as long as you can keep Luso on the field. You might even want to consider taking a Mulligan, if you don’t pull Luso in your opening hand.

Canceled

We are sad to announce that the Final Fantasy TCG Custom Starter Set is canceled due to delays in the product. We’ll keep you all informed on when we will host the event, and when the Custom Starter Sets will arrive.

There is another Pop-Up on the way. And yes, we will have a booth there once again. Same place as before. I believe this one will have a little bit of everything, but there will be tables setup for casual play once again.

FFM – FFX Custom Starter Set

FFM Returns!

Forget about FNM, we’ve got FFM.

FFM stands for Final Fantasy Midnight. Our events for everyone that can’t make it to regular events because of their jobs. Just like us, we we’re never able to make it to events, cause we worked all day, and by the time we would be able to head over, the event was over.

Here’s what we got.

Time?

Come by any time after 10PM. You can hang out while we set things up, maybe even play some a game or two. The Event will start at 12AM (Technically it’s Saturday).

Prizes?

Yes, there will be a Prize for the winner. Either another FFX Custom Starter Set, or one of your choosing from the ones available at the Event.
