Restock Incoming

Keep your eyes open, we’re about to restock our Final Fantasy TCG Singles. We’re starting today with Opus I and we’ll move our way up to Beyond Destiny. We’re hoping that we’ll be done with this restock by then. If not we’ll just pause it to put Beyond Destiny on the Site and then resume the restock.

As you know we have been selling on TCGPlayer as well. Plenty of MTG Singles on our Pro Shop. Along with Flesh & Blood Bright Lights singles. We’ll be adding more Flesh & Blood on there, as well as Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh.

So, head on over there, cause we still haven’t figured out some things with listing Foils, without having to make a separate listing for it. But, we’re working on it.

Beyond Destiny Midnight PreRelease

It’s just around the corner. The moment you’ve been waiting for.

Beyond Destiny Midnight Prerelease.

Who?

Kardboard Korner, that’s who. We’re holding our Prerelease event as usual.

What?

Prerelease? Midnight Prerelease to be exact. We’ve been doing this for a couple of years now. You can come by and hopefully you’ll win an extra kit at the end of the night.

Friday, November, 10th 2023

You can come in at 10PM and play some casual games while we wait for the clock to strike midnight.

At midnight we will start handing out the kits. We usually start around 12:30

How?

Simple just show up, and we’ll have everything set up.

Price for kit and entry to the tournament will be $45

After that each additional kit will be $40

Everyone will walk away with something. Plus, we’ll have plenty of extra FFTCG product on hand.

Dissidia Collection

I just realized that the Dissidia Anniversary Collection is the Starter Set for Beyond Destiny. This whole time I thought that this was going to be just like the previous collection. But it is not. It’s just a Custom Starter Set, with an added 20 cards or so.

Yes, we haven’t seen any of the cards yet, but they did give us the numbers for the cards. And, they all start with 21.

I wonder if it’s going to be a different kind of Foil, like they mentioned that Estinien would be?

Is this going to be a new way that Square Enix will be doing the Starter Sets, or will it be a one off? Maybe, a once a year Premium Set.

I do like that, the cards that they are reprinting in this collection, aren’t just reprints, but they are getting new artwork as well. Probably won’t cut into the prices of the original cards by that much.

And, the storage box is always nice. I mean who doesn’t need more storage to hold their cards? I know I do. I got cards lying around everywhere, but that’s a different story all together.
